The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:
Joshua Moore, DUI, obstructing legal process; arraignment held, court appointed David Harger as attorney, first appearance at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 17.
Matthew Nellans, first appearance continued to 1:45 p.m. Feb. 7, arraignment at 1:45 p.m. March 21.
Jeffrey Madsen, battery against a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct (Jan. 3, 2006 violation); status hearing at 1 p.m. Jan. 24.
Robert Lee Hobson, giving a worthless check less than $500; dismissed with prejudice, defendant paid court costs, booking fee, and restitution.
Edward K. Dresser, giving a worthless check less than $500; dismissed with prejudice, defendant paid court costs, booking fee, and restitution.
Jack Branson, hearing held for motion to terminate diversion agreement.
Brantley Hanna, court appointed Dan Baldwin as attorney, defendant to pay $25 beginning Feb. 15 and each month thereafter until further ordered, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 24.
Jimmy L. Fitzmaurice, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; defendant pleaded no contest to count one and sentenced to a 60-day controlling sentence in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, placed on immediate unsupervised probation for 12 months, pay $163, and refrain from use of alcohol or drugs, submit to blood/breath/UA upon request, serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive test or refusal to submit.
Kyle R. Neal, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids; diversion agreement with order of continuance and dismissal (12 months).
Holly A. Dexter, two counts of forgery, criminal use of a financial card for more than $500 and less than $25,000; motion to dismiss counts one and two.
Donald Scott Jr., DUI (third conviction), possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, improper driving on roadway, failure to drive on right side of roadway as required; pleaded guilty to DUI,12-month controlling sentence, 12 months supervised probation with court services officer, defendant to serve five days in jail, 120 days house arrest beginning Jan. 18, 20 hours of community service, obtain a drug/alcohol evaluation at own expense, pay $163 costs, $50 probation fee, $1,500 fine, and $400 attorney's fees.
Daniel W. Renfro, criminal trespass, attempted theft by deception of less than $500; diversion agreement for count one, count two dismissed.
Brandi L. Lemanton, two counts of theft by deception of less than $500; motion hearing held, motion granted for discovery, appointment of new counsel, and continuance of trial; status hearing at 1:15 p.m. Jan. 22.
