Grosse, DUI, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, or steroids, no liability insurance, violation of restricted driver's license, unlawful acts with a vehicle; sentencing hearing held, defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 90 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, serve five days to be done in three consecutive weekends to begin by 4 p.m. Jan. 12 for 48 hours, by 4 p.m. on Jan. 19 for 48 hours, and by 4 p.m. Jan. 24 for 24 hours, placed on supervised probation with court services officer for 12 months with special conditions, required to pay court costs of $128, probation fees of $25, fine of $1,000 for count one, fine of $100 for count five, fee of $150, KBI lab fee of $400, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by court. Defendant will serve 48 hours in county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test or refusal of test or admission of use and is to refrain from alcohol or drug use and other conditions.
