The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Karen Smith, giving a worthless check less than $500.

Benita Campa, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 13.

Dennis W. Hancock, plead not guilty, bench trial at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 13, 2007.

Vincent Taylor, theft of services less than $1,000; plead not guilty, status hearing for jury trial setting at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 9, 2007.

Michael T. Loomis, arraignment rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Dec. 18.

Eric J. Williams, DUI, purchase/consumption of alcohol by a minor, transporting an open container; plead guilty to count one; sentencing hearing held; defendant sentenced to controlling sentence of 90 days for count one in the custody of Marion County Sheriff's Department, ordered to eight days to begin by 4 p.m. Nov. 17 for 48 hours and each weekend until all time is served, ordered to pay court costs of $128, probation fees of $25, fine of $500 for count one, complete all conditions of probation, will serve 48 hours in county jail for positive urine analysis, not to enter any establishment whose primary source of income is from sale of alcohol, and other drug/alcohol requirements.
