The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Michael E. Richmond, charged with criminal possession of firearm, criminal threat, domestic battery, and disorderly conduct; preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. July 6.

Jeremy Jantz, charged with driving under influence, purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor, and transporting open container; arraignment at 1:15 p.m. July 20.

Darren Midkiff, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. July 12.

Mary F. Gibbon, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. July 12.

Tierney Fredrickson, charged with four counts giving worthless check; all counts dismissed by prosecutor, costs and restitution paid in full.

Robert Trusdale, charged with theft by deception; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. July 12.

Brian D. Larabee, charged with four counts giving worthless check; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. June 29.

Aimee Powers, charged with three counts giving worthless check; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, plea of guilty to count one, remaining charged dismissed with prejudice, 30 day controlling sentence, six months unsupervised probation, costs and restitution of $403.97 to be paid in 60 days, defendant not to maintain a checking account.

Shelly Thomas, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, 30 days custody Marion County Sheriff's Office, 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, pay fees of $587, serve 48 hours custody for every positive drug/alcohol test/refusal/admission, not enter establishment where prime source of income is from sale of alcohol, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation at own expense, complete 25 hours community service work.

Jack Meredith, charged with burglary and theft; journal entry of judgment, 16 months with department of correction, 24 months supervised probation with community correction, refrain from alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing, gain/maintain employment, serve 48 hours sanction for failure to pass UA, submit to DNA testing, no contact with Stacy Deines, not possess/purchase/receive/transport or use firearms for five years, pay costs and fees of $577, pay restitution to Wilbur Carpenter Jr. of $1,776.

Audra Jones, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; dismissed by prosecutor, costs assessed to state.

Andrew Knight, charged with driving while license suspended, purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor, and not giving notice of accident; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, plea of guilty to count one, state to dismiss counts two and three, 10 days controlling sentence with MNSO, six months unsupervised probation, pay costs and fees of $317.

Dustin Glenn, charged with attempted obstruction of legal process; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, plea of no contest, second amended complaint, suspends imposition of sentence for six months, pay costs and fees of $548.61.
