Nathan Pohlman, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; arraignment at 9:45 a.m. March 27.
Christopher Metcalf, charged with furnishing alcohol to minor; bond appearance at 1:45 p.m. March 15.
Brian Larabee, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance held March 14.
Nancy Fruechting, charged with giving worthless check; matter dismissed with prejudice, costs and restitution paid in full.

Karen Fitzmaurice, charged with possession of paraphernalia to grow or distribute, no tax stamp, and possession of hallucinogenic; guilty plea entered on three counts, journal entry of judgment, 12 months supervised probation with community corrections, costs and fees of $702.
Holly A. Dexter, charged with two counts forgery and criminal use of a financial card; preliminary at 9:30 a.m. April 19.
Jeremy Jantz, charged with driving under influence of alcohol, purchase/consumption of alcohol by minor, and transporting an open container; journal entry of sentencing, 90 days with Marion County Sheriff's Office for count one, 12 months supervised probation with court service officer, costs and fees of $1,712, follow recommendation of drug/alcohol evaluation at own expense, 25 hours community service.
