The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Christine Daniels, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance held Jan. 23.

Kamoru Adesunbo, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 15.

James W. Steele, preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Feb. 15.

Nathan L. Reimer, charged with littering; defendant found guilty, fined $100, suspended upon payment of $117 for costs and fees.

Brandon S. Kenneson, status hearing at 9 a.m. Feb. 23.

Dustin L. Shiplet, charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child, sale or possession with intent to sell hallucinogenic, and aggravated escape while being held on a felony charge; journal entry of judgment, 70 months with Department of Correction, 24 months post-release supervision, costs and fines of $1,097 for count one, 15 months with doc, 12 months post-release supervision, concurrent with counts one and three, eight months with doc, 12 months post-release supervision, concurrent with counts one and two.

Wayne A. Kenel, charged with driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth conviction, driving while license suspended, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer, reckless driving, speed, and unsafe turning or stopping; journal entry of judgment, 180 days in county jail, costs and fees of $3,097 for count one, all other counts dismissed.

Stacey Alan Deines, order of continuance at 11 a.m. Feb. 8, advanced from Feb. 14.
