Citizen thanks hometown
To the Editor:
As I prepare to take the next big step in my life, I want to say a big "thank you" to my hometown.
Peabody is where I grew up and where my roots in the world were first planted. Growing up I did not always appreciate where I was from.
Now when I look to the future, I am proud to say that Peabody is my home. The citizens of the community have been my cheering section in all my accomplishments and have forgiven me for the mistakes that I have made. The road ahead will be a challenge for me, but I could not imagine it without such solid ground behind me to offer support on my journey.
To all of those who have made a difference and have been there to support me, I am truly grateful and give you my thanks again.
