Christmas promotion planned for Dec. 1
Peabody Main Street's promotion committee is into the holiday spirit, getting ready for the Christmas Parade and downtown holiday promotion.
"Let It Snow" is the theme for this year's parade which starts at 5 p.m. Dec. 1. To register, call Susie Schmidt at 983-2264.
Immediately following the parade, children will be able to visit with Santa and have their pictures taken with him. The downtown holiday promotion will begin Wednesday. It will be an exciting one. Peabody Bucks, and lots of them, will be available. Watch for more details on how to win a downtown holiday shopping spree.
