Burns seniors move to community building

Burns Senior Citizens, PATH group, and friends moved belongings into the new community building Saturday morning.
Robert and Angie Mielke of Hutchinson visited her parents, Larry and Dee Morgan, Sunday afternoon.
Ty and Kim Gaines of Emporia were Saturday overnight guests of his parents, Ronnie and Patti Gaines. Dusty Gaines of Newton joined them Sunday and they spent the day in Wichita celebrating Patti's birthday which will be Wednesday.
Lois Sayers and her granddaughters Megan and Jessica attended the "Heavenly Bells" concert Sunday afternoon at Peabody United Methodist Church.
Al and Bonnie Plummer and Shelby were Sunday supper guests of Glenn and Daytha Langenegger, Emily, Amber, and Laura.
Joyce Kyle called on Maude Gaines Monday morning. Loyd Brewer also was a caller.
Evelyn Sidener, Kathleen Brenzikofer, and Joyce Kyle went to Marion Thursday morning and accompanied Noreen Weems to a CSA meeting in Salina.
Greg and Zeola Langenegger took Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle to Cassoday Saturday afternoon to attend the 40th wedding anniversary celebration of Gene and Deloris Shannon. They were joined later in the evening by Zeola's sister, Roma Becker of Hillsboro, and all enjoyed eating at the Buffalo Gulch Ranch House in Burns.
Vernon and Florine Koehn visited Orvin and Valetha Koehn Friday evening. Valetha had hip surgery and is doing well. The Vernon Koehns visited Richard and Maryann Koehn Sunday afternoon.
Frances Koehn and daughters of Montezuma were guests of her sister-in-law Evelyn Jantz this weekend.
Sunday dinner guests of Mary Langenegger were Roma Becker, Greg and Zeola Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle.
