Burns seniors have luncheon meeting

After a delicious meal enjoyed by members of Burns senior citizens, president Kathleen Brenzikofer called the meeting to order.
The group heard that a woman from El Dorado will be coming to Burns from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 26 to take blood pressures. Coffee and rolls will be available.
Thank you notes were read from the Burns Library board and the Pantry board.
Laverna Parrish read a humorous e-mail from Joyce Sorenson.
The meeting adjourned and several members enjoyed playing cards and bingo with food for prizes.
