Burns prepares for PRIDE visit
Burns is among 20 Kansas communities preparing for a visit from a team of community development professionals between June 11-14.
The Kansas PRIDE Program will visit the sites to evaluate the communities.
The on-site evaluations will allow the communities to "show off" the ways their communities are involved in projects that will sustain their communities.
Kansas PRIDE Communities scheduled for site visits are Burns, Almena, Alton, Beattie, Clearwater, Cunningham, Gaylord, Goff, Greeley, Grinnell, Highland, Lakin, Lenora, Lucas, Melvern, Mount Hope, Olsburg, Potwin, Rossville, and Stockton.
