Burns group raises $920 at Relay for Life years ago
The Burns Pacers were well-represented July 21-22 at the Marion County Relay for Life in Marion and raised $920.
Survivors walking the first lap included Shalon Koehn, Josh Morgan, Jessie Hatfield, Terry Nystrom, Stan and Karen Saner, and Joyce Kyle.
Greg Brenzikofer of Newton walked that lap and he and Judy walked others.
Others walking during the evening were Carl Riggs, Gene Obee, Loyd Brewer, Charles and Katherine Fisher, Darla Brunner, Lucille Robinson, Linda Wimberly and Cherokee, Tom and Nedy Grimwood and Christopher, Pat Nystrom, Lyle and Finette Koehn, Sharla and Stacy, Dan and Alice Stucky, Mike and Kathy Balzer, Cindy Jackson, Hannah, Emily, and Caleb, Andrew and Chris Loukes, and Josh Corzine.
The Burns Lions Club sponsored the team.
