Breach of trust issue handled by Peabody police
Peabody Police Chief Jeff Pohlman reported an Oct. 17 incident of a breach of trust. The report was taken at 709 N. Vine. A vehicle was taken with the owner's permission, but not returned as promised. An incident report was filed and the vehicle recovered. No charges were filed in the case.
On Oct. 18 police had a report of a burglary committed by a juvenile suspect.
"We have the juvenile suspect and the case has been solved," said Pohlman. "We are waiting on a response from the county attorney as to how she will proceed on this case."
