Book signing is Saturday in Peabody
The California Sisters of Ramona, Pat Wick and Jessica Gilbert, will be at Jackrabbit Hollow in Peabody from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday for a book signing of their latest book, "Another Day in the Country."
This 140-page hardback coffee-table book contains nostalgic country vignettes with full-page color photographs that Pat Wick has taken documenting country life.
"There's nothing quite like a book signed by the author to turn a lovely book into a keepsake. And there's nothing quite so enjoyable as spending another day in the country — whether you live in Marion County or are just visiting it book style from your arm chair," said author Pat Wick.
"Another Day in the Country" will be available throughout the year at Thee Book Store, Hillsboro, Tampa State Bank in Marion and Tampa, The Barbershop Gallery in Ramona, or by calling the California Sisters at 785-965-7110.
