Mr. and Mrs. Lindley Slifer of Marion announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, at 7:23 p.m. May 31, 2003.
Jaden Nicole was born at St. Luke Hospital, weighing 7 pounds 4 ounces and measuring 19 1/2 inches in length.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Perry Ratzloff, Marion, Eleanor Slifer, Florence and the late Dr. John C. Slifer II are the paternal grandparents.
