BIRTHS: Neal
Scott and Sara Neal of Cedar Point announce the birth of a daughter, Emma Nicole, on Oct. 14, 2002, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. The baby weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches in length. She and her 2-year-old sister Grace are the granddaughters of Randy and Judy Mills of Florence, Erwin and Helen Mealow of Lincoln, Neb., and the late Elwin Neal. Their great-grandparents are Orene Mills of Newton, Dick and Mary Burton of Wichita, and Frank and Elousie Strait of El Dorado.
