BIRTHS: Mitchell
Tryston Michael Mitchell, son of David and Mandy Mitchell of Newton was born Sept. 17, 2002, at Newton Medical Center.
The Mitchells' first child, Tryston weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces and was 21 inches in length.
Grandparents are Steve and Rowena Edgington of Lakin and Phyllis Mitchell of Burns. Great-grandparents are Ron and Karen Edgington of Lakin. Opal Albertson of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Charles Leier of Ulysses are the baby's great-great-grandparents.
