BIRTHS: Brewer
Melissa "Jo" Brewer of Wichita announces the birth of her son, Malicai Jeric Wayne Brewer.
Born July 13, 2002, at the Newton Medical Center, Malicai weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Bruce and Deb Brewer and maternal great-grandparents are Vic and Betty Seibel, all of Peabody. Winifred Brewer of Latour, Mo., is the baby's great-great-grandmother.
