Birthday open house caps busy week

LaVonne Ammeter and Betty Kyle went to Hillsboro Monday afternoon.

Don Gillet visited LaVonne Monday and Friday mornings.

Maude Gaines visited the senior center in Peabody Monday and quilted.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne ate lunch at Town and Country in Florence Tuesday and visited with their niece Donella Humphries and Michele Montgomery. They went on to Marion shopping and to the ASC office, then back to Peabody to visit Sally Matz.

Ty Frederickson visited LaVonne Tuesday evening.

Ladies Aid met at LaVonne's Wednesday afternoon. Those attending were Dorene Kirkpatrick and Maude Gaines.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne visited Elsie Tittle in Florence Thursday afternoon. They also visited a little while with the quilting ladies at the Florentine Center.

Lisa Clark visited LaVonne a short while Thursday evening.

Myron and Sally Ammeter of Grand Island, Neb., brought Opal Craney home Friday evening and were overnight guests of LaVonne. They ate lunch Saturday at the Burns Café and left for Grand Island later in the afternoon. They had pictures of their trip to Charleston, S.C. I sure have two precious great-grandchildren there!

LaVonne Ammeter and Maude Gaines attended church at Whitewater Center Sunday morning. In the afternoon they attended Don Gillet's 70th birthday celebration at the senior center in Peabody. Blaine Ammeter of Ellinwood also was there and Blaine and Stan spent late afternoon at the Ammeter farm.
