Bill McPheeters to celebrate anniversary
Bill and Vada Ann McPheeters will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 21 at Peabody Senior Center, 106 Walnut.
Bill McPheeters and Vada Ann Truax were married Nov. 19, 1954, in Wichita. They farmed in rural Peabody all their married lives until retirement in 1993. Upon retirement, they moved to the Peabody community.
The open house will be hosted by the couple's daughter Pam, husband Bruce, and granddaughter Alyssa Carter.
Friends and family are invited to attend the celebration. Those who wish may send cards or fond memories of the couple to 803 Elm, Peabody KS 66866.
