Athletes selected to HOA all-league honors
Heart of America League coaches have made their 2006-07 all-league selections for volleyball and football.
Lady Warrior Rebecca Morris, a junior, was named to the HOA honorable mention team for volleyball.
First team football selections are Todd Woodruff, running back, return specialist, and defensive back; Will Pratt, punter; and Nathan Bishop, linebacker.
Second team selections are Will Pratt, offensive line, kicker, and linebacker; Cole Welsh, tight end; and Nick Abramowich, offensive line and defensive line.
Welsh and Woodruff are both seniors. Abramowich, Bishop, and Pratt are members of the junior class.
The athletes are nominated by Peabody-Burns coaching staff and voted on by Heart of America League coaches.
