Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon at LaVonne's. Sherry, Maude, and Dorene attended.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne went to Marion Thursday to shop at the greenhouse for flowers and ate lunch at The Big Scoop.

Donna Ramsey, Ethan and Alex visited Grandma LaVonne Thursday morning.

LaVonne went to Newton Friday morning to Kathryn Ireland's and we went on to Wichita to the home of Carolyn and Jack Metz. We helped Jimmy Holm and Carolyn hang wallpaper borders.

I decorated graduation cakes Saturday morning. In the afternoon Maude and I visited Aunt Nonie Widler, Jessie Bayes, and Emma Shaw.

Stan Ammeter was a Saturday evening supper guest of LaVonne.

LaVonne went to the Dale Buller home Saturday evening to Eric's graduation party. Sure was good food and so many people to visit with. Such a great evening.

Blaine and Carol Ammeter of Ellinwood and B.J. and Jodi Ammeter of Overland Park arrived late Saturday night at the Ammeter farm to spend the night. Blaine, Carol, and LaVonne attended baccalaureate Sunday morning. Such a lovely service.

Well now for my biggest and best news of all — I have a new great-granddaughter born at 12:30 Saturday in Colorado Springs, Colo.

The little miss weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 19 inches long. They named her Reagan Marie. Bryan and Amanda Kantack are the proud parents and big sister Bethany welcomed her home. Great-grandma LaVonne is so proud. Grandpa Steve and Grandma Melody Magette are there spoiling the two granddaughters.

Sunday dinner guests of LaVonne were Blaine and Carol, B.J. and Jodi, and Stan Ammeter. Blaine and Carol went to Wichita in the afternoon to another graduation party. B.J. and Jodi went back to Kansas City.

Marie Clark visited LaVonne Monday morning.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne were in El Dorado Tuesday for lunch. In the afternoon they visited Bill and Marie Clark. Other visitors were Gordon and Jeannie Clark and Marie Clark. We really visited and solved the world's problems.

Eric Boise visited LaVonne Tuesday evening.

So glad Bobby Phillip is home. Keep the family in your prayers.
