Ammeter news: Family visits for Labor Day

Labor Day visitors of LaVonne were B.J. and Jodie Ammeter and Todd Ammeter of Manhattan, Blaine Ammeter of Ellinwood, Melody and Steve Magette of Dodge City, and Stan Ammeter. Melody and Steve left for home late afternoon.
B.J. and Jodie and Blaine went Monday to Don and Marjorie Gfeller's for dinner and Carol came back with them to LaVonne's. The boys all went hunting and all were supper guests. Don Gillet was an afternoon visitor.
LaVonne attended Esther Nelson's funeral services Wednesday morning at Burns United Methodist Church. She will be missed.
Maude Gaines, Sherry Nightengale, and Dorene Kirkpatrick attended Ladies Aid Wednesday afternoon at LaVonne's. Aunt Leona Widler was a guest.
Michele Boise spent Thursday morning at LaVonne's making cake decorations.
Maude Gaines and LaVonne were shopping Thursday afternoon at Marion.
Stan Ammeter was a Thursday evening supper guest.
Michele Boise and Chloe spent Friday morning at LaVonne's decorating Dylan's birthday cake. LaVonne went to Michele's Friday evening to a barbecue to celebrate Dylan's birthday.
Michele Boise visited LaVonne Saturday evening. Michele Montgomery and Bob Hartnagel of Florence were afternoon visitors.
Maude and LaVonne ate lunch Sunday at Florence. In the afternoon they visited Elsie Tittle.
