Blaine and Carol Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived Friday evening at the Ammeter farm to spend the night. They picked up Opal Craney Saturday morning and headed for Manhattan to join the tailgating crowd. After lunch some attended the K-State football game. The others enjoyed a big shade tree where they baby sat LaVonne's great-grandchildren, Bethany Kantack, Avery Haxton, Mitchell Brenger, and Matthew Magette. Oh, what fun we had!
Myron and Sally Ammeter of Grand Island brought Opal and LaVonne home and spent the night at LaVonne's. Blaine and Carol came later and also were overnight guests. Stan Ammeter joined them for supper.
Dorene Kirkpatrick and LaVonne shopped Friday at El Dorado. They ate lunch and visited with Chloe.
Sally and Myron went Sunday morning to her mother's, Opal Craney, for dinner and spent the day.
LaVonne's dinner guests Sunday were Blaine and Carol and Stanley. Blaine and Carol went to visit Don and Marjorie Gfeller in the afternoon and Arlen Gfeller on the way home to visit Jay who is here on leave.
LaVonne visited Monday afternoon at Legacy Park. She visited Esther Kellum, Bill and Shirley Krause, and Aunt Nonie Widler.
Michelle Boise and Dylan visited Tuesday evening with LaVonne.
Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon at LaVonne's. Attending were Sherry Nightengale, Dorene Kirkpatrick, and Maude Gaines.
Continue your prayers for Betty Kyle. She still is in the hospital.
