Maude and LaVonne went to Florence Wednesday morning for a perm and haircut.

Ladies Aid met at LaVonne's Wednesday afternoon. We missed two weeks. Sherry, Dorene, and Maude attended.

Dorene, LaVonne, Sherri, and Patti decorated the church and Christmas tree Wednesday evening. Cindy Holt came from Florence to help.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne went to Legacy Park Friday afternoon to visit Aunt Nonie Widler, Jessie Bayes, and Erma Shaw.

LaVonne went to the craft fair Saturday morning at the community building in Burns. There were lots of booths and pretty things. LaVonne went to Tom and Lisa Clark's for supper Saturday evening. Virgil and Norma Clark also were guests.

We had church Sunday at Summit. The Christmas program was Dec. 17.

Gary Davis visited LaVonne Sunday after church. Maude and LaVonne went to Florence and had lunch at the Chuck Wagon. Later they visited Ike and Marie Clark.

The 20th Century Club met Monday afternoon at LaVonne's. We had a good time. All nine members attended. We missed Kathleen. It was our Christmas meeting.

LaVonne went to the dentist in Marion Tuesday and to Hillsboro.

We extend prayers and sympathy to the Klingenberg family on the loss of their dad and grandpa. He will be missed. He was such a nice person.

LeRoy Church, a school mate and longtime friend, called LaVonne Tuesday evening. Sure was good to hear from him and Nancy.

Patti and Ronnie Gaines visited Maude Gaines Tuesday evening.
