Twentieth Century club met at LaVonne's Monday afternoon for the Christmas meeting. Everyone had a good time.

LaVonne visited Aunt Nonie Widler at Legacy Park Wednesday morning and helped with the pets. The residents enjoy the cats and dogs.

Ladies Aid met at LaVonne's Wednesday afternoon. Attending were Sherry Nightengale and Maude Gaines. Carolyn and Jack Metz of Wichita were late afternoon visitors.

Maude and LaVonne went to Marion Thursday for lunch, appointments, and shopping.

Michele Boise visited LaVonne Thursday evening.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne ate lunch Friday at the senior center in Peabody. In the afternoon they visited Aunt Leona Widler at Legacy Park.

Blaine Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived Friday evening to put up Christmas lights and help his mom do lots of "sonny-do" jobs. He returned home Saturday evening.

Saturday morning LaVonne and Blaine went to the crafts fair at Peabody Elementary School and then to El Dorado shopping.

Sunday morning LaVonne attended church at Ebenezer.

Maude Gaines and Don Gillet attended the Gaines Christmas party Sunday at Peabody Senior Center.

LaVonne's Sunday visitors were Michele Boise, Stan Ammeter, and Tom Clark.

We had good attendance Sunday evening at our Christmas program at Summit church. Singing Christmas hymns and reading the story of Christ's birth was enjoyed by all present.
