Ammeter news

We didn't have Ladies Aid Wednesday. Blaine Ammeter took me to Wichita for a doctor's appointment. He left for Ellinwood later in the evening.

Maude Gaines and LaVonne were in Marion Thursday for a doctor's appointment, shopping, and lunch.

Maude and LaVonne ate lunch Friday at Peabody Senior Center and quilted in the afternoon. Sadie Decker quilted, too. Granddaughter Amanda Kantach called from Colorado Springs to tell me they had more than a foot of snow. Wow!

Don Gillet and Stan Ammeter were Saturday dinner guests of LaVonne. Maude and LaVonne attended the supper and bazaar that evening at the Methodist church in Burns. They had a good crowd and real good food.

Michele Boese, Dylan and Eric visited LaVonne later Saturday evening.

We had church at Summit Sunday. Pastor Ragland had such a good message. LaVonne and Maude ate lunch at the Chuck Wagon in Florence and visited Ike and Marie Clark in the afternoon.

LaVonne visited Aunt Nonie Widler and Esther Kellum Friday morning at Legacy Park.

Lisa Clark visited LaVonne Monday evening.

John Boese and Dylan visited LaVonne Sunday after church.

Kerri Wiebe, Natalia, Taryn, Kenton, and Tiana came trick-or-treating Saturday afternoon at LaVonne's house.

Maude and LaVonne were in Peabody shopping Tuesday afternoon. Marie Clark visited LaVonne later in the afternoon.

John and Michele Boese and Dylan and John's sister, Lacy and Zane, Bruce, Megan, and Jessica Sayers, and Mark, Shayla, and Hadleigh Clark were trick-or-treaters Tuesday evening. Some really cute costumes.

How about this cold weather and the lovely rain we had? We had an inch.

We wish Don Gfeller a speedy recovery from his back surgery.
