Melody Magette of Dodge City arrived Wednesday afternoon at the Ammeter farm to spend the night. Stan came to visit awhile. Melody left early Thursday morning to attend a meeting in Wichita. She works for Arrowhead West.
Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon at LaVonne's. Sherry Nightengale and Dorene Kirkpatrick attended.
LaVonne picked up Maudie and they visited at Sherry's Thursday afternoon.
Maude and LaVonne were shopping at Peabody Friday afternoon. I decorated Braxton Kyle's birthday cake in the evening.
LaVonne and Kerri Wiebe and Natalia went to Burns Saturday morning.
Blaine Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived Saturday morning at the Ammeter farm and stayed until Sunday evening. Supper and Saturday and Sunday dinner guests were Blaine and Stan. They did so many jobs around the farm and we made homemade ice cream.
John Boese, Dylan and Eric and Eric's friend, Andrew visited LaVonne Sunday afternoon.
Monday afternoon I picked up Joyce Kyle, Lois Sayers, and Sherry Nightengale and we went to 20th Century Club at Marie Clark's. Roads were pretty soft after the rain. Had a really good time.
Maude and LaVonne went to Marion Tuesday for doctors' appointments. We ate lunch at The Big Scoop with Rhonda and Richard Brenzikofer. We stopped at Peabody on the way home.
Bob Kyle picked up Braxton's cake Saturday afternoon.
Sure was frosty Tuesday morning. I think fall is here. Hope you all have a good week.
