Maude Gaines and LaVonne were in Marion Monday at the doctor's and shopping.

LaVonne was a Monday evening guest of Michele Boise and Chloe at the 2004 award and honors banquet at the Brown Building. Sure makes you proud of our school and students at Peabody-Burns Junior and Senior High.

LaVonne went to Kathryn Ireland's in Newton Tuesday afternoon to help finish papering her kitchen.

Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon at LaVonne's. Attending were Leona Widler, Sherry Nightengale, Dorene Kirkpatrick, and Maude Gaines.

Friday late afternoon LaVonne's granddaughter, Emily Haxton and son Avery arrived to take LaVonne back to Ellsworth for the weekend.

LaVonne baby-sat Avery Saturday morning and spent the rest of the weekend with the Haxtons. They attended church Sunday morning and went out for brunch.

Later in the afternoon Emily and Avery brought LaVonne home and visited for a while. Avery does enjoy the farm and wow, did Great-Grandma have fun with our little Avery.

Stan Ammeter and Don Gillet were Sunday evening visitors.

Don Gillet visited Sunday afternoon at the Dennis Riggs and Dennis Pickens homes.
