LaVonne visited Aunt Nonie Widler Monday morning at Legacy Park.
Maude Gaines and LaVonne attended Burns Senior Citizens meeting Tuesday. Later they went to Marion shopping.
LaVonne went to Burns Thursday morning with Kerri Wiebe and Tiana.
Maude Gaines, Sherry Nightengale, Dorene Kirkpatrick, and LaVonne put in a quilt Thursday morning. Ladies Aid was in the afternoon.
Maude and LaVonne visited Friday afternoon with Patti and Ronnie Gaines.
Michele Boise, Chloe, Eric, and Dylan visited LaVonne Friday evening.
Blaine and Carol Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived Friday evening to spend the night. Saturday morning they, LaVonne, and Opal Craney went to Manhattan to B.J. and Jodi Ammeter's.
From there they all went to Wamego for dinner at the home of Angela and Chad Bunger and Mitchell. Others attending were Myron and Sally Ammeter of Grand Island, Neb., Emily Haxton of Ellinwood, Amanda and Byran Kantock of Colorado Springs, Colo., Kristin Magette of Salina, Melody and Steve Magette of Greensburg, and Adam Magette and Todd Ammeter of Manhattan.
The women all attended a bridal shower Saturday afternoon in Manhattan for Crystal Ferris, bride-elect of Adam Magette. Such a lovely shower and we had a great time in spite of nasty weather.
Blaine, Carol, Opal, and LaVonne came home Saturday evening. Blaine and Carol were overnight guests and Stan Ammeter was a visitor.
Blaine, Carol, and LaVonne attended church Sunday morning in Peabody. Joining them for dinner were Stan Ammeter and Melissa Ramsey of Florence. John Boise was an afternoon visitor.
Don Gillet visited LaVonne Sunday evening.
Saturday dinner guests of Maude Gaines were Sally and Jim Abel of Perry, Shelly Harper of Inman, and Vicki Gantz and Jean Gaines of Holton.
They all attended the funeral of Esther Highfill at First Christian Church in Peabody in the afternoon.
