Blaine and LaVonne went to Marion Wednesday afternoon to see Dr. Beck. Blaine left for Ellinwood later that afternoon.
Steve Magette of Dodge City arrived Wednesday night at the Ammeter farm to spend the night. Thursday morning he left for Topeka to attend a meeting.
Stan Ammeter, John Boese, and Don Gillet were Thursday visitors of LaVonne's.
LaVonne, Maude Gaines, and Marie Clark went to visit Friday afternoon at Legacy Park. They took the birthday cake for a party. They visited Ike Clark, Aunt Nonie Widler, and Jesse Bayes. LaVonne visited Emma Shaw.
Trayce Warner and her boys of Florence visited LaVonne Saturday morning and got the cakes for a party.
Blaine and Carol Ammeter of Ellinwood arrived late Saturday evening at LaVonne's to spend the night and Sunday. They had spent the day at the home of Don and Marjorie Gfeller.
Sunday dinner guests of LaVonne were Blaine and Carol Ammeter, Stan Ammeter, and Gary Davis of Newton. They left for Ellinwood late afternoon and stopped to visit Arlen and Vonnie Gfeller in Peabody.
LaVonne went to Newton Monday morning to Kathryn Ireland's and they went to Wichita to spend the day with Carolyn and Jack Metz. We went shopping and did a lot of visiting.
LaVonne went with Joyce Kyle to the soup supper in Burns Sunday evening. Wow! Lots of good soup and goodies. They had a good crowd.
LaVonne and Maude went to El Dorado Tuesday. I had an eye appointment and we visited Bill and Marie Clark. Bill is doing real good after his illness. Had a good visit. Gordon Clark was there, too and we had yummy banana bread.
Whoa, we're in for some cold winter weather. Stay in and stay warm.
