Activities keep Ammeter busy

Carolyn Holm of Wichita and LaVonne Ammeter attended the funeral of Sharon Lefert in Florence Monday. They went on to Marion after the service and ate lunch at The Big Scoop, shopped, and visited the quilt shop.
Dorene Kirkpatrick and LaVonne went to Towanda Monday evening to look at a papering job.
Sara Sayers visited LaVonne Monday evening. Josh Clark visited later in the evening.

Margaret Matz visited Maude Gaines Tuesday. They visited Sherry Nightengale in the afternoon.
Ladies Aid met at LaVonne's Wednesday afternoon. Attending were Sherry Nightengale, Maude Gaines, and Dorene Kirkpatrick. Adah and Carol Gilbert of Newton were guests.
LaVonne was in Marion Thursday morning shopping for a dental appointment.
Maude Gaines and LaVonne visited Henry and Esther Schmidt Friday afternoon at Peabody Community Living Center.
Stan Ammeter visited at the Ammeter farm Saturday evening. Josh Clark stopped in for a little while.
Visitors of Laurie Rose this week were Wendel Newel of Newton, Curtis Van and friend Bob of Willow Springs, Mo., Sam Griffith, Donnie Rodgers, and Bev Morgan. Joyce Hein of El Dorado visited her mom on Saturday.
Maude Gaines and LaVonne attended church at Whitewater Center Sunday morning. They ate dinner at the Chuck Wagon with Elsie Tittle and visited at her home in the afternoon. Maude and LaVonne spent the evening at Lisa, Tom, and Josh Clark's and were their guests for dinner.
