Five Wichita State University students from Marion County completed degrees in the fall semester.
WSU recognizes three levels of honors at graduation, depending on the student’s grade point average. Undergraduate students who attain a GPA of 3.90 or better receive the summa cum laude award. Those with a GPA of 3.55 to 3.89 receive the magna cum laude award, and those with a GPA of 3.25 to 3.54 receive the cum laude award.
