Doni Rogers went to the barbecue after the auction at Cottonwood Aug. 8, and went to see other things at the fair during the week.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling met Margie Williams for lunch Aug. 7 in Emporia.

Denise Lang, Lorena Magathan, Anna Voelker, Sue Clouth, and Williams met Aug. 9 for pie and coffee at a Florence restaurant.

The Snellings attended Joe Makovec’s funeral Aug. 10 in Marion. Afterward, they visited Sherry at the restaurant. They also visited Molly Hillard, Justen and baby Zaglee Grace, who is the Snelling’s great-granddaughter.

Dale and Tootsie visited Gene Obee at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro Aug. 10.

Margie and Bill Williams hosted Gary and Terry Williams from Goddard for dinner Aug. 11.
