On Oct. 22 John and Denise Lang went to Sedgwick County Zoo. They saw seven new elephants from Africa.

Denise said they saw a bunch of cool stuff.

Oct. 19 was the annual potluck supper at Carriage Manor in Florence. Those present were Dale and Tootsie Snelling, Mary Jane Grimmett, Coleen Brunnier, Sandi Harper, Denise Fetrow, Les and Linda Allison, Elsie Jarearre, Orvile Slate, Sandi Cunningham, Bill and Margie Williams, and Janet Cress. Dale and Tootsie Snelling were hosts for the evening.
