John and Denise Lang and Johnny had celebrated Christmas on Dec. 23 with Jessica and Dusty Maddox of Strong City and Jaimie Lang of Emporia.

Denise Lang and Tootsie Snelling were hosts for an early birthday party Dec. 21 for Margie Williams. Others attending included Lorena Magathan, Hanna Voelker, and Sue Clouth. Amy Shipman prepared the table service.

Janet Cress had all her children home for Christmas. They were from Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, and Iowa. Son Alan Cress stayed a few days longer.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling’s guests Dec. 23 were Danny, Tammy, and Seth Snelling of Marion; Mark and Leann Lewman, Levi and Kiana, and Jake Lewman of Sedgwick; Dean Snelling of Goessel; Brandon and Breanna Lespagnard, Kinsley and Aubrey of Greenwood, Missouri; Tristen and Adam Cope of Lincolnville; and Doni Rogers of Strong City.

Bill and Margie Williams met Gary and Terry Williams of Goddard for Christmas dinner at a Newton-area restaurant.

Anna Voelker and Margie Williams had pie and coffee Dec. 28 at a Florence restaurant.

Doni Rogers and a cousin went to Burdette for a Christmas dinner with nearly 40 other cousins Dec. 29.
