Everett and Janet Cress have a busy week

Janet Cress and Letha Goering met Julia Ritter at McPherson on Dec. 4. They ate dinner out together to celebrate Letha’s birthday and then went shopping. Ethan Goodwin of Emporia stayed with Everett while Janet was gone.

Dan Fletcher, Justin Jacobson, and Joe Rowland of Cedar Point visited Everett Cress on Thursday. Everett and Janet visited Eldon and Joy Cress at Emporia on Friday.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling went to the junior high basketball game in Marion on Thursday to see their granddaughter, Molly Hess, play.

Shealah and Dave West of Newton visited the Cresses on Saturday, and David and Shawna Goodwin of Douglas visited on Sunday. Shannon Foster of Papillion, Neb., spent the night with them.

Bill and Margie Williams visited Hazel Clothier in the hospital at Newton on Saturday.
