Wayne Britton

Wayne L. Britton, 54, died Sunday in Newton.

He was born April 16, 1959, in Independence to Lloyd and Rosalene Haviland Wade. He was a truck driver.

He is survived by his mother, Rosalene Thomason of Peabody; a sister, Tammy Whiteside of Peabody; and two stepdaughters, Tiffany Howard and Jamie Eason.

A memorial service was to be at 10 a.m. today at Peabody Christian Church.
