The Lady Warriors will host a round robin volleyball tournament Saturday with six area schools in the competition.
Peabody-Burns, Burlingame, Burrton, Central Burden, Chase County, and Hartford varsity volleyball squads will compete.
Play will begin at 9 a.m. as the Lady Warriors take on Hartford in the east gymnasium and Burrton goes up against Central Burden in the Brown gymnasium.
For subsequent matches, each pairing will occupy the first available gym. Teams will have 10 minutes between matches to warm up in preparation for the next round.
Home team designation is assigned to the school listed first in each round. Schedules and team rosters will be available at the tournament.
Each team will play all others only once. The top two teams will each win a plaque and members of the first-place team all will receive medals.
Admission to the tournament will be $4 for adults and $3 for students.
Anyone dressed in Peabody-Burns T-shirt or other P-B apparel will get into the tournament free.
