Visits brighten season

Lynn Cress of Rogers, Arkansas, visited Janet Cress on Dec. 12.

Community members are mourning the passing of Lenora Graham, Mick Weems, Jeanette Parmley, and Mary Vanburen. Lanny Tannen has been in the hospital.

Bill and Margie Williams went to the Edward Jones open house Dec. 14 in El Dorado.

Lenora Magathan, Anna Voelker, Sue Clogh, and Margie Williams met at a Florence restaurant Dec. 8 and 15 for pie, coffee, and conversation.

Will Soyez and Bill and Margie Williams went to Wamego on Dec. 15 to celebrate great-granddaughter Sadie Williams’s fifth birthday. Grandparents Gary and Tammy Williams, Patty and Ty Tastave, and Donna Kukuk, and aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also attended.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling went to El Dorado on Dec. 16 to celebrate the 80th birthday of Dale’s brother, Duane Snelling.

Carl Williams of Wamego visited his grandparents, Bill and Margie Williams, Dec. 17. Doni Rogers attended a church Christmas program and brunch.

Dec. 9 and 10 guests of Bill and Margie Williams were Gary Williams of Goddard and Carl Williams, Sadie and Lucy of Wamego.

Dale and Tootsie Snelling, Dean Snelling, and Sherry and Keith Hess, Tammy and Karly, met at Hesston College on Dec. 7 to hear the Snellings’ granddaughter, Molly, perform in a Christmas concert.
