Visitors call at the Ammeter farm

LaVonne Ammeter went to lunch Nov. 16 at Peabody Senior Center and helped with the peppernut baking in the afternoon. It was the last day of the peppernut project for this year.

B.J. Ammeter and LaVonne went to Marion and Peabody shopping and on business.

Myron and Sally Ammeter of Manhattan visited the Ammeter farm Nov. 19 for lunch. They went to Peabody Care Center and picked up Sally’s mother, Opal Craney, and took her back home with them.

Michelle Hartnagel of Florence arrived at the Ammeter farm in the afternoon and took LaVonne to town to get groceries.

Later Gary Davis of Newton came to visit and watch Kansas State University football with LaVonne. Bayleigh Clark also came to watch the game.

Gary Davis and LaVonne attended Ebenezer Methodist Church on Nov. 20. Gary was a dinner guest of LaVonne’s and John Boese came to visit in the afternoon.

On Nov. 22, Stan Ammeter stopped by to visit. B. J. Ammeter, and LaVonne went to Peabody in the afternoon.
