Peabody Police Chief Bruce Burke reminds young people that they are to be on a direct route home if they are out after curfew following an activity.
“They need to be on the most direct and accessible route to their home,” he said. “And they need to be continually moving toward home.
“We realize some school and community activities end after curfew and the kids have to have time to get home,” said Burke. “But if we stop them for possible curfew violation they need to be able to show they are on their way directly home.”
