Peabody City Administrator Mac Manning has announced that Waste Connections will not pick up trash as scheduled on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Instead, the company will send trucks to Peabody for trash pickup on Saturday.

“This schedule change affects both regular trash pickup and recycling pickup,” he said.
