PEABODY POLICE
Oct. 27: Police assisted the Peabody Fire Department with an investigation into a fire at 303 N. Locust.
Oct. 28: Police worked a non-injury accident at Third and Maple Sts. Officers assisted with a civil property dispute at Peabody Care Center. The matter was resolved.
Oct. 29: Police took a report of suspicious behavior at 608 E. Second St.
Thursday: Police worked a non-injury accident in the parking lot of Mid-Kansas Coop. Police stopped a vehicle on US-50 for speeding and arrested Zane Hale, Billy Hite, and Jeremy Speck, all of Osage County. The men were charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and an open container. Officers took a delayed report of burglary at 207 S. Olive St.
Saturday: Police took a report of burglary and criminal trespass at 608 E. Second St. An information report was taken about a dog at large.
Sunday: Patrick E. Edwards of Kentucky was arrested and charged with criminal trespass on railroad property.
