Besim Gjoka, Omaha, 12-month diversion agreement for failure to maintain lane and driving left of center entered Jan. 27, pay court costs of $638, have no contact with law enforcement for 12 months, and case to be dismissed upon successful completion of agreement.

Tammy Ann O’Connell, Wichita, driving under influence, sentenced Sept. 21 to 60 days controlled sentence, to spend 48 hours in jail and six consecutive days under house arrest, leaving only for work and medical emergencies, one year supervised probation and complete 20 hours of community service, mandatory drug and alcohol testing with 48 hours in jail for each failed or refused test. Other conditions include not entering liquor stores, no drinking, no drug usage, and no unlicensed driving. Fined $1,463 including costs.
