Maria St., Lehigh, pleaded no contest Sept. 16 to failure to yield to emergency vehicle, driving on left on crest of grade, failure to use turn signal, failure to have headlights on when required, and a stop sign violation; in exchange, charges of fleeing law enforcement and reckless driving dismissed with prejudice; fined $573.

Joshua D. Vanaken, 6121 N. Sullivan St., Wichita, pleaded no contest July 15 to charge of driving with a suspended driver’s license; in exchange, charge of driving with an expired tag dismissed with prejudice; sentence to six months unsupervised probation, $393.

Mickey Lee Brubaker, 302 N. Ash St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Oct. 13 to driving with a suspended driver’s license, pretrial status hearing scheduled for Nov. 18.

Devin Kelly Nolte, 1037 30th Ave., Canton, charge of withholding information after an auto accident dismissed, six month diversion agreement entered into for speeding and violating restrictions on driver’s license Oct. 2, fined $383, must complete 20 hours community service.

Dirk Edward Young, 415 N. Freeborn St., Marion, driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced Aug. 25 to two days in jail beginning Aug. 30, 12 months supervised probation, $953.

Colleen Nichole Steele, 673 N. Walnut St., Marion, found guilty at bench trial of failure to yield at stop or yield sign, fined $108 in court costs.

Md Hossen (sic), 2740 Brittany Terr., Apt. 8, Manhattan, speeding charge amended Aug. 19 to 74 in a 65 mph zone, $153.

Colton Tyler Gann, 806 240th Rd., Hillsboro, charges of leaving the scene of an auto accident dismissed without prejudice Oct. 14.
