John Carl Hernandez, 11210 E. 50th St., Kansas City, Missouri, will enter diversion agreement for charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended license, charges of driving without liability insurance and driving without working headlights dismissed April 14 with prejudice, no date scheduled for further hearings.

Atanacio Nieto, 201 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 15 to driving under the influence of intoxicants; in exchange, charges of transporting an open container of alcohol, refusing a personal Breathalyzer test, and driving on left of center dismissed; sentencing hearing scheduled for June 22.
