Frank Mikela Ayers, 1309 N. Pine Grove Ct., Wichita, pleaded not guilty Nov. 19 to speeding (86 in a 65 mph zone) and operating a vehicle without a valid license, pretrial conference was to be Dec. 17.

Charisma Cai Castro, 417 W. 1st St., Abilene, pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to driving with a suspended license, charges of driving without insurance and improper driving on laned roadway dismissed with prejudice, fined $450, which if paid within 60 days would waive additional $100 fee.

Casey Johnson, 609 23rd Ave., Galva, pleaded no contest Dec. 17 to reckless driving, unlawful racing on highways, and speeding (85 in a 55 mph zone), convicted, sentenced to six months supervised probation, fined $663, must pay $3,000 to Angela Soukup and Curtis Girk, 902 Elm St., Peabody.

Kimberly D. Kline, 2022 Alfalfa St., Marion, charges of reckless driving, failure to remain in a single lane of traffic, failure to comply with traffic regulations in a construction zone, driving in the left lane in a no-passing zone, failure to yield right of way in a construction zone dismissed without prejudice Dec. 17, costs assessed to the state.

Shelby M. Michael, Marion, Nov. 14, speeding (76 in a 55 mph zone), $222.
