Alicia J. Nienstedt, 2095 Yarrow Rd., Marion, bench trial Nov. 19, found guilty of speeding (74 in a 65 mph zone), $153.

Leslie Wayne Coker, 3033 S. Fern St., Wichita, driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, and going the wrong way on a one-way street, placed in sheriff custody to flatten controlling sentence of six months, credit for time served beginning Oct. 10, work release is an option if completed in Sedgwick County, sentence to run concurrent with sentence from a separate case.
