Tony Knox

Services for retired aircraft mechanic Anthony “Tony” Knox, 81, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his daughter and granddaughter Wednesday, June 7, 2023, were 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Downing and Lahey West Mortuary, Wichita.

Graveside services were at noon Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Lincolnville Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra K. Knox, and his parents, Marion Charles and Estelle Knox.

Survivors include daughter Rhonda Blasi and husband Robin of Goddard; granddaughter Samantha “Sam” Potter and husband Bryan Cox of Wichita; sister Teresa Smith and husband Frank of Kimberling City, Missouri; brother John Knox of Justin, Texas; and step-grandchildren Cody Blasi and Callie Franzen and husband Christian.

A memorial has been established with American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield VA 22116.

Services were in care of Downing and Lahey Mortuary West Chapel.
